Very profesional and honest staff and mechanics. They have reasonable pricing, and they are honest and direct. They helped me twice with a second opinion, when the first service centre gave me exagerated or misleading information on my vehicle. Especially few weeks ago when my vehicle's radiator was leaking, the first service told me they think the engine was damaged and they had no way to check the engine, meanwhile were leading me toward buying one of their newer models. Mechanics at Mackays were able to check my engine! And their diagnosis was a lot simpler, to replace the radiator. Great work. My 2014 Highlander is running great. This review is long overdue! I have been with Ralph MacKays exclusively since 2011 and as my kids grew into cars theirs came here too! They have awesome customer service and workmanship every single time.
It’s a “home” feeling when you call /bring your car in for service or when an unexpected issue happens with you car they are always there to help and get you back on the road as quickly and cost effective as they can! ?

Can always count on prompt, great service. They always call before moving ahead on things they discover. Their prices are standard and reasonable. They don't try to rip off their customers and that is why people keep coming back.
