I am very satisfied with the quality of service I received in the cleaning of my mini splits. It is encouraging to see Samuel, a young service man at the beginning of his career, be as professional, thorough and courteous as more experienced service people. He will do well in his career and is a benefit to Hayward.

had to have 2 motors replaced (loud) and an outside board as well. within a few weeks we had the initial service check, quote and work completed. employee was friendly and offered information that i didn’t know about when running our heat pump. service was efficient. Though while he was here to fix2 things i complained about the 3rd and he was able to replace it at the same time. appreciated.

Hayward just installed a new Kerr mini split in our bedroom. From sales to install they were very professional and easy to talk to. They came, they went and you couldn’t tell they were even here. Their sales representative Paul did a terrific job explaining their products and what would best suit our needs. The install team Jeremy and Rory were highly skilled and completed the job perfectly. Great work team Hayward!
