Have been going to ultimate auto for many years and have always had a positive experience. It is a great feeling knowing you are going to a car repair garage that you can totally trust
I am so happy that I found this place for car repairs and service! I really like that they have a shuttle and the driver is very friendly! They do a great job whether it be fixing any issues or doing the routine oil change. I like how they do an inspection and show pictures on what needs to be improved. They are just simply great! I really appreciate that they are easy to be a hold of and that it is easy to make or cancel appointments. My car dealership was awful in that aspect, and it's so refreshing to have great communication from NAPA!
Had a tire going flat while on my trip. Stopped in to see if they could look at it. They did right away and helped me get on my way. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks!
