I went there for the first time with my cat who wasn't well and despite the outcome of the situation, I can only give good comments. A few months later, it was my dog who became ill, and once again, we had to go through a terrible loss, but the staff were incredibly human and gentle with our girl and our family. Only good things to say about this place and the people who work there.
