Customer service is out the window. Don't bother dealing with them. You won't get anywhere. I think the staff might also be illiterate. Literally any other company in Moncton could do better. Don't bother bringing up a complaint, they won't take it seriously or try to address it but it's okay, they're the Phillips Brothers, they can do what they want. Use any other company, Dexters, MacArthurs, Avondale, etc. You'll always get better service.

Customer service needs prioritizing and focused on. I had a quote done, a week later no update. I called twice for an update, nothing! Not good at all! Decided to cut the cord and move elsewhere
