Excellent service by Dr. Cook. He was very kind and gentle with Archie. I would highly recommend The Moncton Animal Hospital. Receptionist was very attentive and nice also.
Dr. Cook is knowledgeable, reliable, and thorough. We have had his attention for our former pet, Shadow, for 16 years, then after a 2 year gap, we have our Ava who is now 8 years old. I would highly recommend this hospital with Dr Cook.
When it was time for my best friend to cross the rainbow bridge, the team at the Moncton Animal Hospital helped me through. They were ultra professional. They didn't pass any judgment, offered me some solutions, but didn't push any agendas which could have made them more money like 3 other vets did that same day. They were kind and gentle with my dog, they were amazingly accommodating and kept the clinic open after hours to help me out. They even sent a nice card and a paw print in the mail. I can't say enough good things about them.
