We have been going to Adeline for a few years now with our dogs. They have been very good treating our pets, and usually can take us early enough when we do call for an apt when they have allergies, or infections, etc. The only issue I find , is the reception area is very small, when it's busy, there is no room for the dogs to separate especially if they don't get along with others, beside that, no complaints.
Dr. Fisher and her team (both vet. Tech and admin staff who were working last Monday) were the perfect mix of professional and compassionate when we put our boy down last week. We had had good experiences there before, but this sealed the deal for me. Candles were lit as they explained to us the process with such kindness and patience. Treats were offered in abundance, we were given plenty of opportunities to ask questions and were told to take all the time we needed. They handled it all with such grace. I will never forget the kindness shown during our boys last moments. Thank you so much.
