Very disappointed! An unforseen medical arise with the only employee who handles CPAP machines, I do wish her well but we show up to our appointment from 30mins away to be told she is on medical leave for at least two weeks and no one else handles CPAP machines. It would have been greatly appreciated if we were contacted from someone else to advise of the situation to save the trip, let alone my mom is left with a non working CPAP which greatly needed for her health. Recommend to use another place that actually has more than one employee to avoid unforeseen circumstances like this. Home Oxygen and Sleep therapy are both available with wonderful service! I got my CPAP machine here and they are very helpful! You can call ahead to make an appointment or stop in to the office Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

On a business trip and forgot part of my power cable for my CPAP machine. Went in to see if they had one available. Service was very friendly and quick. Had my new cable and on my way in no time
