Many clients appreciate the caring and friendly workers, who have helped bring stability and meet individual needs. The office team is also praised for their outstanding customer service and willingness to understand care requirements. New clients have expressed satisfaction with how smoothly their transition to the agency has gone, highlighting the agency’s commitment to personalized care. However, there have been concerns about staff monitoring, with reports of one employee involved in drug and alcohol issues, leading to arrests. Despite this, most reviews reflect a positive experience, emphasizing the agency’s responsiveness and the compassionate care provided to clients and their families.
We are new to Integrity and are very happy with them. The customer care and service, along with a willingness to partner with our family to understand our care needs has been outstanding. The workers who are providing care for my parents are absolutely fantastic and the office staff are terrific! Thank you so much to the entire team for all that you have done to make our integration and transition so smooth! We are very grateful!
They have many inappropriate staff that do inappropriate things. Do not get them
they don't check out their staff. one employee Jersey Whitney who works out of Woodstock NB. has been doing drugs and drinking heavily. Last week her and her former friend (who Jersey ratted out to police to protect herself) were arrested.
