Awhile back, we were shopping for a particular Armstrong Flooring product. The product suddenly became hard to find, because the company had just gone into bankruptcy protection. I reached out to George and he said he'd look into to seeing if he could get us some. They ended-up buying several lots of Armstrong products, including the one we were after.George let me know when the product came in, and I told him I'd be up on Saturday to pick-up. I live an hour away, and when I arrived - the flooring was stuck at their off-site warehouse, due to a delivery truck breakdown. So did I make the trip to the city for nothing? NO, not at all. Fabulous Flooring is appropriately named!!! Fabulous customer service and great prices. Just had a crew over to install flooring and they were quick and very professional. Shout out to Gary who always give excellent service.

Went in today. Was greeted upon entering, asked if they could help us, directed us in the area we needed, greeted again by another associate, helped us with what we needed, chatted about our baby, went to finalize our purchase, associate showed us another floor that was a LOWER PRICE just because he wanted to make sure we knew our options. Spouse went back to finalize purchase when I went back to look at another piece of flooring (thinking about another room) when I was greeted and asked if I needed any help by another associate. Went back to the counter, chatted about our baby again and every associate that came near was advised about our baby . By far one of the best... read full review
