The staff and nurses were wonderful. It would be nice to have a template or layout of potential fees and appointments. You go through the process relatively blind and constantly making large payments. We started with a known donor and wish there was a more support/order to the steps needed. We did the sperm analysis last, after paying for medical appointments and lawyer contract, when that should have been one of the first things done. We found out he was sterile likely due to taking TRT. I don’t know why a medial history wasn’t taken on him at his initial consult, that we paid for, to obtain this information. Our journey with IVF involved only one stimulation cycle, one frozen embryo graded 4BB, and a single embryo transfer. We were incredibly fortunate that this one attempt resulted in implantation. We saw our baby’s heartbeat at our first ultrasound, and that moment will stay with us forever.
Of course, every patient’s experience is unique, but from our personal perspective, the care we received at Conceptia was exceptional from beginning to end.
