Hi yes I was here and spoke with Greg and he was absolutely knowledgeable and helped me with my problem I gave him a 10-star if I could but it's he's a 5 out of 5 for sure great service very satisfied I would come by again and I would let people know!
Best experience ever!! I thought my phone was done for and the guy literally fixed the problem in 1 minute. So grateful. Definitely will be back for any cell phone problems in the future and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any type of cell phone repair or issue fixed
So to be clear everyone was very polite and helpful, great customer service. It was suppose to be a data transfer off a damaged phone, then it was a motherboard issue that would've costed 400$+tax. I accepted because the info/pictures were that important to me. In the end, they couldn't salvage any of the data on the phone. Still they did honest and good work.
