I asked for a basket and a spray of flowers for a funeral in purple tones. The flowers were magnificent and the delivery was on time. I also asked that pictures of the flowers be sent to me. Thank you for doing your job so well.
Because I live in the US and my sister resides in Canada, I placed an online order at the florist’s website. The only option available was the “Designer’s Choice.” There was no information given about the type of colours, flowers, and container (vase, basket, etc.) that would be included, so I crossed my fingers and wished for the best. Although my sister liked and appreciated the flowers, but I was disappointed in the quantity of flowers and the inability to choose the colour scheme, the types of flowers, and the preferred type of vase. Plus, I chose the “Premium” option.
