I called Ryan after arriving at work on one of the hottest days so far this year, only to realize that the heat pump had stopped working the night before and noone had been called to come look at it. It was at the peak of the heat in the day, and despite how busy he already was, Ryan came right over, diagnosed the problem and ordered the appropriate part ASAP.
