Torrent Electrical
“Sharing on behalf of Maritime Solar, review from Owner Robert Macdonald.
I had an excellent experience working with Carlos, the owner of Torrent Electrical. We needed a fairly complex electrical service installation completed on a tight timeline, which came with its fair share of challenges, including a particularly difficult inspection process and complicated, time-consuming material procurement.
As a contractor myself, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find reliable people in this industry. Far too often, I find myself having to chase contractors down just to get updates or ensure they're following through on what they've committed to. Carlos was the complete opposite. I never once had to chase him for anything. In fact, he consistently kept me updated on his own initiative, often before I even had a chance to check in.
Throughout the entire process, Carlos was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Whenever an issue came up, he was on top of it immediately and always worked to keep things moving forward.
I can confidently say that without Carlos and his dedication to getting the job done, we would not have met our deadline. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes this much pride in their work and genuinely follows through on what they say they'll do.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carlos and Torrent Electrical to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and dependable electrical contractor.”
