First time getting a loan, and I truly could not have had a better experience or better customer service! Dawn Edmunds was my representative, and she really went above and beyond, even staying after her shift was done to help get me money that same day, and being so patient, kind, and informative with me. It felt like I was talking to a friend by the end of it, and I sincerely could not be more grateful for her! Highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a loan.

The service I got with Karine Lagacé at the Grand Falls branch was top notch! Polite, welcoming, friendly, informational, patient... are just a few of the words that could be used to describe my experience over the year and half dealing with the number one representative.
