We hired Lloyd to build a sun room on the back of the house. Lloyd gave us various proposals to review. Even after finding the old roof need replacement, Lloyd adjusted the scope of work to stay within our budget. The crew work quickly and were respectful of our home. I have known Lloyd from his days in the commercial construction. His honesty, straight approach and building knowledge is why I hired his company. Will be looking for Lloyd to come back for the next project.
Reviews
We had Lloyd and his crew build 2 level deck last spring. He was awesome to work with, he isvery approachable he wants you to be happy with the finished product. He is picky about the materials he uses and leaves the job site neat and tidy. I highly recommend him.
I hired Lloyd in 2017 to do a fairly extensive renovation on an old house with many issues, from structural to correcting previous contractor mistakes.. Lloyd and his crew were punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lloyd Burns Construction.
