Superintendent Katelynn Kerton was awesome to deal with. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Got back to us at a timely manner. Answered all our questions and concerns. Looking forward to having her as our superintendent.

Lived here for a year and have loved my time here. The building was newly built (7 Manhattan Drive) and has exceeded our expectations. Our superintendent Katelynn has been amazing. Easy communication, handles problems with ease. She goes above and beyond everytime and is always looking out for the tenant. I could not have had a better experience in the building and our super. Highly recommended!!!

I moved here from Sackvile NB in November. I started inquiring about apartments early fall and went to an open house at 15 Manhattan Drive. Met with Katelynn Kerton and she was absolutely amazing! Took the time to show me numerous apartments and I picked one that I absolutely loved! Filled out the application and within a short period of time heard back from her that I had the apartment of my choice! Since moving in if I had any questions Katelynn was only a call or text away!! She is so very pleasant, knowledgeable and personable to deal with! Highest recommendation for anyone looking for an apartment! Katelynn is someone who will work hard for you!!!
