Katelynn at Colpitts has been nothing but an exceptional superintendent that looks after her buildings and makes sure things are running smoothly. I highly recommend Katelynn Kerton to everyone that is looking for a safe and comfortable space to live in. The units are gorgeous! Knowing that she has loads of buildings and units and more to look after, I highly suggest getting to get her an assistant! It would most definitely benefit your company.
Katelynn Kerton is my superintendent, and let me tell you. My first multi unit apartment, I honestly could not ask for a better human looking after my building. Katelynn is an absolute gem. I don’t think I’ve honestly ever seen anyone so hardworking and dedicated to her tenants. Honestly, I don’t know how she does it all. She always goes above and beyond. Is always super easy to talk to about any issues or questions. And so knowledgeable!
I've lived in the apartments on Cliffe street and had nothing but good experiences with my superintendent Katelynn Kerton, hands down the most helpful and caring super I have ever had and she is always so happy to help.
