My husband and I started the process of trading our Outlander in for a newer vehicle last week. Here we are today with a brand new 2026 Eclipse Cross that was kept in our budget. We had the pleasure of having Calvin Wagstaff as our salesman, and from the beginning he was honest about being only 3 weeks on the job. Excellent customer service! I will continue using Fredericton Mitsubishi for my vehicle needs. Went in for regular maintenence and the customer service was so great; Gord took the time to answer all my questions, and even looked up some extended warranty information to assist me with getting proper maintenence. Scott, the salesman who had sold me my RVR, saw me and came right over to chat. The service team was very speedy, my vehicle was ready before expected.
