We recently had water damage in our downstairs and First On-Site (Jason and his crew), they were all amazing from beginning to end! The process was seamless and painless! My father passed during the process and they graciously complied when I requested a pause. Jason and his crew were extremely professional, very hard working and kind! No matter the task, they were there and didn’t stop til done. Highly recommend! Thank you to the entire crew!!!
Patrick has been amazing since the day of my house fire. Very personable, always available to answer questions, very knowledgeable. It was a very complicated rebuild with many obstacles but he's always been in touch quickly with updates.
There have been a few small hiccups like the wrong paint applied to a wall repair but they returned very quickly to fix it.
I had a flood in the laundry room because the plumber didn't hook things up correctly.. I called Patrick, he was here in 15 minutes at most, and his crews arrived shortly after.
I'm very impressed with their work throughout the tear down post fire and everything they've done since.
