A year after CarStar painted the front of my car, the paint began to chip. I reached out, and they honored their warranty without hesitation. Not only did they agree to fix it — they rent for us a luxury vehicle while the repair was being done. Honestly, with service like that, I almost hoped the repaint would take a few extra days???… just to enjoy that luxury ride a bit longer!

The car seems to be fixed and in working order. The 11 day delay was not their fault as they were waiting for parts. The broken glass piece from the passenger side mirror was an unfortunate surprise on back seat floor as found by my toddler grandson. It was the entire glass piece. The communication was poor as they called but did not leave a message to say the car was ready.I called them as I recognized the number.

I took my vehicle down to Carstar last Wednesday afternoon and they were supposed to email me a copy of the estimate the next day and now 6 days later I haven't received it yet.
