Shoutout Best Buy Freddy Staff, especially Max and Paul! I was looking to replace a computer with water damage for engineering studies and I was met with understanding and great help to get exactly what I needed. No mansplaining the tech, no telling me what I wanted, no making me feel bad for killing my old laptop, just kindness and helpful guidance. 10/10, would recommend to a friend.

Today I went to buy a USB hub and was surprised by the lack of customer service at the store. None of the staff seemed to care about what I needed or even deemed it necessary to address me while paying. It was a quite disappointing experience.

Bought a computer and an Apple watch this past Christmas. The staff was amazing, friendly and did what they could to help us with a late shipment and a stray one. Good people there.
