I had the worst experience at this establishment. I brought in a bridesmaids dress on Feb 18. I picked up the dress on March 24. Was it done? Absolutely not. For two weeks the Lady at the front told me to call Wednesday and it should be done by Thursday. She repeated the same statement the following week. I call Monday to follow up and she tells me that it’s a prom dress and she’ll have it done by the first week of April. Mind you, she’s aware I fly out of province on April 3rd and my sister’s wedding is on April 4th (but had to be reminded three times). No remorse, no apology, and there’s dirt at the bottom of the dress bag. She didn’t apologize or even explain... read full review

I took a dress in to have a zipper replaced, was told it would be ready a week later (even said on the receipt ready on Wednesday). I went in a day later on Thursday and it still wasn't ready. No remorse, no apology. I said i had to go to work, I only drove to town early to pick my dress up. She rushed to get it done and called but I already had gone to work. I picked it up yesterday (the following Wednesday) and she didn't even do a nice job. The top of the zipper is visible, white frayed material showing on an all black dress and threads popping out all the way down the zipper. The most unprofessional customer service I could ever imagined ! I’m a regular customer , I m saying that so u can see how they treated me as a regular customer….I dropped a Burberry jacket to dry clean . 1st time I picked it , it was all ruined white spots all over …I called the lady on the phone to explain, she was super rude talking to me and told me if u don’t know about the dry clean don’t talk,and hang up the phone on me ( she messed with the wrong girl for sure )?even though I was giving and taking in the convo at this point . I said I should talk on the social media since I’m a public figure, then I thought and said I don’t want to ruin an entire... read full review
