This clinic as of late has fairly timely appointments if you have a family doctor. The facility is usually clean, calm and professional.

The medical staff (nurses & doctors) that you see at your appointment are extremely professional, polite and are clearly subject matter experts committed to ensuring patient wellness and satisfaction. On top of this, they have an excellent app & SMS reminder system to keep you on time for your appointments.

Dr Michel Landry was my doctor with this office (this+2 other locations Champlain st,and before downstairs of the old Jean Coutu building) since my birth in 1983, and he was the absolute best.I was devastated when he retired , I've only met Dr Leblond my now fsm.doc the once going on my second time this month . My experience was good with him but maybe because of Dr Landry being the absolute best I am skeptic of just about anyone& everyone.??‍♀️He does seem great tho as well, I'll be honest , I know that my children , spouse & grandchild seem very comfortable and like him much.

The waiting time is too long. You never see the doctor (only students - different each time- who don't even study the file), so you have to repeat your problems every time, and they don't even remember the appointments by phone calls...
