Although the phone line can be busy at times, the clinic strives to provide a professional and helpful experience. Patients are advised to book appointments by calling ahead.
Hours on the page and on the answering machine unclear one minute phone is buzzy next u get answering machine . Be great to have a clear schedule and kwow if its full open or closed .the few time we were able to vet thru we had good service but its like playing 6/49
As its name suggests, it helps! There is a list of things for which you will not be able to come for a consultation, choose your words carefully according to your symptoms because otherwise you will not be able to see doctors. You will be told to go to the emergency room, this is frankly not necessary if you have nothing serious, there are other after hour clinics that can give you a prescription for what is not being treated here.
We have been going to this clinic for many years now and it is always a good service. The trick is to call non stop until they pickup. Once they answer we always get a quick appointment and never have to wait a long time in the waiting room. Really good service.
