I am overseas and Jeff has been nothing but responsive, sympathetic and very competent in helping me solve emergency. Anyone would be very lucky to have him work on their plumbing issues. Awesome to deal with! We had a basement flood while away for the weekend and Remi and his team came in right away. Great communication along the way. Nice and clean salon. Julie provided her expert opinion on my hair. I just said I'm not sure what to do with my long, thick hair. Then she have me a relaxing shampoo and expertly cut my hair in layers. I feel lighter and I love my hair. The online booking system is also a plus! Ron and his team exceeded my imagination on this restoration. I was carried along on each step of the process. I could easily call and ask questions at any stage. The quality of materials used were wonderful and above all their attention to detail was mindblowing.
