Never been at the salon for a visit, but ordered products a few times online. They are so helpful with choosing which products for your hair type etc. Sent photos of my hair and what I was looking for, it was like a free consultation from the comfort of my home. They always send me samples of my favorite products with my purchases. Would highly recommend!
