What a failure of a logistics company. Before I write the rest of this, know that I've been in the logistics business for two decades in one capacity or another and this comes from a professional. We were supposed to have a washer and dryer delivered to a tenant's home a week and a half ago, but Home Depot was late getting it to the carrier. Talking with Armour they blamed the postal strike. First off, I understand a delay in the cargo getting to them, but Canada Post is not involved in this whatsoever. Why shift blame to a party not involved?
