Was here for a wedding and I must say the facility was superb!Like any good Golf and Country Club the grounds were immaculate - perhaps as this was by the water it was extra special!The wedding was helpd outside and despite the threat of rain, it was avoided and we had a great time; beautiful set upWhere I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was the bar/food service. Teenage kids operating a bar at a wedding was maybe not the best choice.Was overcharged after leaving a tab but when I asked to see the bill before paying I was told I could only see one after (WHAT???)In the end (won't disclose what the solution was) but there was a solution and truthfully all of it could have...read full review

One of the best cheeseburgers in Atlantic Canada is at Pub 58 in the Gowan Brea Golf Club. The menu is simple and the food is great, along with caring staff and good prices, it is hard to beat this spot.
