My nail artist, LyLy, was incredible and was sure to check in on me throughout the process. Lyly provided exactly what I was asking for and referenced a photo I provided perfectly. Once my nails were finished, the kind owner asked to see my nails and spoke with me. I have always had incredible service and felt welcome coming here. “I came in and Irene was able to fix me up and look. I’m looking so beautiful I needed highlights touched up from a previous Salon. I’m out here on vacation visiting family and I wanted to look my best so I asked if she had any availability and she got me in same day. I love the way I look my cut is perfect face framing layers. She did everything. I am beyond happy.<br><br>But what really made me wanna leave? This review is my daughter was sitting there with a big sad moping frown on her face and Irene noticed she asked what was wrong and was so caring and heard that my daughter had been to the Salon for the first time recently and had a horrible experience. We explained our situation and she told us that she had time and if we wanted to, she could iron it out see what’s going on and try and fix it although my daughter was reluctant and had promised me she never wanted to go to the Salon ever again because she didn’t trust the stylist that lied to us earlier and did a horrible job on her hair. She was brave enough to try and let Irene work.<br><br>Now, when I say, Irene worked miracles, I don’t want you to feel that I’m exaggerating, but it’s a very true statement. When My daughter and I left the salon. My daughter was happier than I’ve seen her in weeks and ecstatic that her hair was going to look like she had imagined originally, I explained to my daughter that it was almost like a season of botched where one surgeon was trying to clean up what one previous surgeon had done, hopefully giving Irene some room to work and not live up to unimaginable expectations, but Irene knocked it out of the park my daughter‘s hair looks gorgeous. She’s beyond happy and her smile is beaming again you can’t put a price tag on that. That is exactly what every mother wants to see<br><br>My daughter is even asking if we can come back and ask Irene to cut her hair again when she graduates high school which of course I’m going to say yes, as long as Irene still works there!!!<br><br>Thank you Irene!!!<br>It is with pride, Gratitude and joy that I leave this post and review.
