“This is my third time here. My second time with Vincent doing my nails and again he did an amazing job.
This is my 2nd time getting a pedicure. I posted a review about a month ago about my premium pedi that I recieved lacking a clay mask. This time around I got the deluxe and still did not get this treatment that is listed in the package, hot towels, or foot rub (that I suppose is subjective, did get leg massage though). I am disappointed by this and it being 2nd experience in a row. I don't want to post names on here of the people that did my pedicures because I know sometimes mistakes happen and a bad review can ruin a nail techs bookings. The tracking system of services with clients is very thorough though and I hope that this is referenced and corrected.
Regardless of any of this, customer service here is very good with all employees. I really do like this place and will come back.”
