It was such a relief to be referred to River Design Group for purposes of performing a Boundary Adjustment on my property in Columbia Falls! AJ was terrific at lining up all of the facilitative logistics and Andy spent a ton o time with me in walking through the process, drafting of boundary lines, and checking with the City to help ensure the final product (including review of set-backs, access points, etc.) would be suitable for the future development plans I had in mind.
