I've no clue what an emergency room is for when they can't drain water off a knee.. and then they'll bill you for no service rendered... And the nurse was acting like a Dr diagnosing problems and starting treatment.. What? That's malpractice isn't it?

I went to the North Valley ER at 4am with crippling back pain / sciatica. They saw me promptly, were empathetic, and provided treatment and meds that really helped. It was a great experience! Thank you Dr Magill, Nurse Janelle, and Nurse Hannah.

I traveled from Kalispell to whitefish Emergency and was treated with the utmost Respect, and a very timely manner. I wish they had found something to fix but I wasn’t that lucky. What a difference in this hospital. I would drive from Idaho just to go to that ER. Thank you, All.
