I have a new Grand Design 250ML 5th wheel I purchased from Great American RV. While preparing for our initial camping trip we discovered an electrical malfunction. The dealership said it would be at least a week before they could look at it. I called CJ’s and got immediate attention. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 2 hours. Chris is very good at what he does, enjoys doing his job and focuses on customer satisfaction. Far and away better than any service I’ve used.

I wish I had been aware of CJ when I bought our RV a year ago. The dealer had us come back after three months to repair any warranty items that we found wrong with the RV. We had a list of things we found which they repaired, but being new RV owners we missed a lot of items. We hired CJ to give our RV a head to tow inspection before we take off full time RVing in a few weeks. He was amazing in the he found numerous items we had no idea were serious issues. I hired him to fix some and the rest I could do myself. He did a great job and is extremely knowledgeable. Charles did an outstanding job quickly diagnosing my problem and getting me back in business. It seems the board for my hot water system failed and I was getting the fault light. Charles acquired the part that was still under warranty and changed it out. His service was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.Service: Electrical
