Fellow Canadians and of course locals too I can not possibly rave enough about this shop ! We all know it’s hard to find a honest shop when your not local or even more if your a woman but I can Promise you this is the shop to go to ! I got quoted over 1500$ in work I supposedly needed done - to find out I didn’t need any of it ! He could have easily taken advantage and made money but he was honest he went above and beyond making sure my truck was safe and sound for the rest of our trip ! I can honestly say I’ve never ever found a shop I’ve liked or trusted more !

We were coming back from Havre, MT, to Kalispell when our Excursion that was overheating broke down in freezing cold January. We called Regina at McQueens who told us to bring it in. She met us in the tow truck, took us in, and offered us coffee. We talked for a couple of hours, so friendly, while the crew worked on our car and took it on test drives. After repairs, they sent us on our way and when we asked how much, they said no charge. We were flabbergasted and invited them to dinner in Kalispell the next time they stopped in.
