Discovered this place late this summer and I’m obsessed now! We were starting with a blank slate at our new house and needed serious help. The ladies were SO helpful and kind and took time helping us pick out lots of goodies! Even when one of the shrubs started to bite the dust due to the excessive heat I called and was told what I can do to possibly save this poor baby I just planted. Very limited on selection because it was so late in season but super amazing sale prices. I can’t wait to see what they have in the spring!!

After meeting with several builders in the area, we selected Sallade Custom Homes. Not long after speaking with Chuck Sallade on the phone, we thought he was probably the correct person for us. After an in person meeting, our assumption was confirmed.This project for us was a 20 year dream and building from 1300 miles away was challenging. He was personable, easy to relate, and interested in OUR ideas. We wanted someone we could trust with all the design elements of a modern mountain home. Kristin (his wife) kept the books and was a pleasure to work with as well. Since our project was not a large footprint, they created an efficient use of space using both new and reclaimed materials. Chuck and his crew (Tom, Tim, Kyle, Eli and Daniel) made our project perfect. They offered suggestions and helped to create vision for this project. Both Chuck and Tom offered many alternative suggestions as we were challenged with a tightening budget. They kept waste to a minimum. The building site itself was kept in immaculate fashion. (Nothing like the normal, untidy, scattered job sites.) Chuck sent us photos when progress was made, to keep us up to date. Priscilla is so so so amazing! She is very attentive to her client and works well with finding exactly where tension is. Her healing energy is impeccable and works wonders! Her attention to detail always makes me impressed, my right side felt like electric shocks but she took her time and smoothly worked all the kinks out. It felt amazing afterwards. She also sat and explained how everything worked and what she was doing since she knows I love to learn about other people and that's something that makes me relax. I highly recommend her and think if you are to go you wont ever be disappointed!

Stayed at YBRA three times. Once as a student, twice as a returning alum. The views are great, the food is good (homestyle for breakfast and dinner, and packable lunch spread), and the people are friendly. Alums can join the YBRA and stay for a few days in the summer if they are passing through. It's a great base for instruction and for research.
Callie was amazing! For a stay at home mom to two young boys, her salon was the perfect place to unwind. It's inviting, comfortable and quiet, but my appointment was filled with so much laughter. She did an amazing job and took the extra time with me. I would definitely recommend her and her staff.

Nice n clean with nice big washes n dryers with 3 nice folding tables . Nice restroom with wheelchair ♿️ wide doors . Also a nice TV area to sit n read magazines or just like some TV while ur cloths r getting done . They also have a nice vending machine . This place is right across the road from rock creek stream ,just walk across the road n sit n hear the sounds of water running over rocks .
