Sat. 15.10.2022Just on my way home and waiting in Seattle for the plane to take me back to Dublin. There is a long and a short version … the short version … it's a simply magical place run by the nicest people you can possibly find and that is the god honest truth.Elaine and Lonnie created something great here. Look, I am on my way back home and already getting my ducks in a row for the returning trip next year ?. Never thought I would love to work with cattle that much - what I am trying to say here is - you discover stuff about yourself that makes you grow as a person. I am a happier person leaving. Simples. When I arrived on the farm, all the guests were returning guests - just think about that for a second. It speaks for itself. I could go on and as I promised to keep it as short as possible; there is a lot to see, to do and to take in … from being part of cattle work, trail rides, day trips that are different in nature, depending on the season. Most importantly - the horse handling is fab and those furry friends live as they should … in a herd … in wide open spaces … talk about natural horsemanship …Accommodation and food are fantastic too … I slept very well and enjoyed the food ? a lot ?.Until next year …. thanks for everything guys… ? …
