In June I got married and probably went into Ulta about a million times - everyone was always so kind and thoughtful but I have to give a huge shoutout to Dejah (apologies if I misspelled her name) but she helped me with makeup and helped me pick out a wedding day perfume (Armani You, incredible choice)! I have always had a great experience at This store and the workers have been easy to talk to. The girl who greeted me at the front of the store pointed me in the right direction of what I was looking for! The Girl in clinique, Cubby, helped me find a shade that I had lost. Even through my indecisiveness she helped me find the right shade for my skin tone and vibe
Went recently about a couple weeks ago with my wife and kids. Great experience! Everyone was fairly helpful. I noticed they were a little more insistent on the phone number and the credit cardthing compared to other stores though but they were still nice!
Did some research and it’s not personal (I don’t think they care that much and want to call us personally 😂😂😂), but they are forced to ask multiple times and to explain the benefits and if they don’t get enough signups then their hours are cut.
