As first time homebuyers, my husband and I did not know what to expect from the home buying process or working with a realtor. We initially set up appointments with 3 different realty companies and were scheduled first with Cortney. After our meeting, we cancelled our other two appointments because we instantly felt at ease with her down-to-earth and approachable nature, expertise, knowledge of the Missoula area, and willingness to explain the home-buying process and answer our many questions.
