Was visiting Missoula, MT from San Francisco Bay Area. One of my eye glass lens popped out and I lost the screw. I Googled eyeglass shops in Missoula and Shopko Optical popped up at the top and had top score reviews. I brought my glasses in and within 5 minutes the nice attendant fixed the problem within 3 minutes. Expecting to pay for the service, the smiling attendant said it was no charge. TYSM! You're the best!

Great place, called with eye infection, got me in that day!!! Took time and listened to me!!! Fantastic office staff, friendly, professional and great to work with!!!! Highly recommend Dr. Kawaguchi !!!

I really like the team, everyone is great! The doctor was very knowledgeable and the front desk staff was so helpful and knew all about insurance! The hours are also easy to work with and the location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. However, I felt a little uncomfortable giving out personal medical information in the open for everyone to hear. There were several other customers around me, trying to pay, while I was sharing a list of medications and that made me feel uncomfortable. I even left some medications out. Could you maybe provide a separate space for checking-in vs checking-out?
