Dr. Babcock is always professional, knowledgeable and engaging. I have complete confidence in what he tells me. In addition, the staff who did basic exam and a retinal scan were both superb.
The entire staff at Rocky Mountain Eye Surgical Center were great. Welcoming, supportive and took time to give thorough explanations. Dr. McCann is an excellent eye surgeon and very reassuring.
Russ's sight is better after the Yag laser. I did not give 5 stars because Russ's anxiety of things near his eyes is real and it was treated as an over reaction. Everyone has something that can cause panic. When Russ was young, he was bit in the eye breaking up a dog fight. His Grandfather's solution was to pour whiskey on it to stop infection. I'm not sure but this could be the root of the anxiety that was dismissed as trivial.
