These guys saved our butts when we suspected we had a bed bug infestation at our new rental 5 days before we were supposed to go on vacation. They told us it normally takes a week or more to schedule and prep the house for treatment so I was concerned we would have to cancel our trip. They busted their butts to get scheduled and have all the forms signed so that we were able to get the house treated within 3 days and be cleared for travel! They were incredibly responsive and helpful with information. I never once got sent to voicemail when I called to ask questions.
