I wish I hadn't put off getting my eyebrows tattooed for so long. I had so many questions and concerns but Cindy addressed all of them at our initial consultation and talked me through the entire process, she set my mind at ease every step of the way.I love her attention to detail, how she took her time, checked in with me throughout the procedure, and showed so much compassion. This was my third visit to Permanently Beautiful. I wanted Cindy to touch the permanent lip color she did last year and to add a lip line. The procedure was straightforward and Cindy took a lot of time and care to make sure that the end result was perfect. The numbing cream she uses throughout the procedure helps me achieve minimal discomfort. The end results were amazing! My thin lips look so much fully with more definition.
