I have had a membership at massage envy for about a year now and it has been nothing but enjoyable for me. The receptionist guy is very welcoming, my massouse (Sunny is her name) is by far the best I have ever had. She is very attuned to my needs and I feel like I am on cloud 9 Everytime I leave my appointment. I highly recommend this place. The membership is totally worth it in my opinion. One thing I will add though is if you do get a, let's say 1 year membership, you need to let them know before the year is up that you don't want to renew your membership. Now that I've been coming here a couple of months, I can say they are the BEST!
It's normal to find a person (maybe 2) in any organization, that understands quality and truly cares about what they do and how they do it .
That is what massage Envy is the epitome of every time I've gone. It has been an over-the-top experience. Everyone is overly concerned with making sure that every second is enjoyable, peaceful, and conducive to growth and health.
I've been working primarily with one massage therapist ( Katt ), but the couple times there had been last minute substitutions or I couldn't schedule and had to go with somebody else have been just as amazing.

I had the pleasure of having a facial by Maggie today. I have been to many high end spas, and Maggie's service was top notch. It felt like I was having a facial on vacation, on some exotic location. She is a real hidden gem and my face looks amazing. I look and feel well rested, and my skin feels firmer and somehow smoother. Maggie, if I could give you 10 stars, I certainly would.
