Cannot thank Hotchkiss Heating and Air Conditioning enough, especially Shad, for listening to us about a long-term problem with a free-standing gas stove. Shad was able to detect the issue and with relative ease correct the problem, when other system repair services were unable including, the business who installed the stove. Thank you Shad. We 100% recommend Hotchkiss and going forward they will be the only heating system business we will use.
These guys were great. Wonderful communication and the price was extremely reasonable. Had a complete new heat pump and back up furnace installed in one day. Their techs for my install were Anthony and Mike. I could recommend enough, personable, friendly and explained everything to me in terms that were easy to digest.
My family has had nothing but great service from Hotchkiss. When the old heater was out, they were at the house that day and had us back up and running (so important in the middle of winter!). And their crew who installed our new heater/AC was amazing and extremely professional. Thanks Jason and Anthony!
