My wife found this location and we decided to check them out. We are so glad that we did. We met with Mr. Travis Snook and discussed what we liked (or more to the truth what my wife liked). Not only was Mr. Snook easy to work with, gave great advice, and was even impressed that my wife had already picked out the items that she wanted for the home. This is my first manufactured home and I am impressed. Quartz counter tops, nice lighting, and even the paints chosen look amazing.

Some things to remember: 1) make sure you have a place to put your new home, 2) if the home is not going to be on a solid foundation, you will need to pay for skirting to the home, and 3)...read full review

We were very happy with the modular home we bought through Great Homes. They use quality people for set up and interior work. They also were very good on follow up with any issues we had, and Josh did it with a very accommodating and helpful attitude. All in all we would highly recommend them! We love our cabin/ home!
