Emily is plain outstanding. I took my Tacoma in to have service done on my Mass Sensor light that comes on intermittently. She explained everything in a completely thorough way and let me know what was going to be done. Her explanation was that the truck has a lot of high performance parts and it is possible that it is leading to the light coming on for a number of potential reasons. She is not sure that cleaning will fix my light issue. The service dept has never let me down for my Mazdas. They will give my system a cleaning and fix a hose that I would like replaced. Being a college kid is hard and one thing that stresses me out the most is car stuff and,having a good mechanic when shit hits the fan and man is essential. I can say that with my chest about Mazda service department. They always help me and keep it real with me. I struggle to do expensive car repairs and they help me all the way through with great financing options and finding the best stuff for my buck. they truly do a great job through and through and I will never go anywhere but here. They are amazing and I cannot say enough great things about them. 12/10 for sure :)

Young Mazda service is department is 5 stars! They are so friendly, fast as possible, they send you a video with a walk through of everything they do & find for you, complementary! They have snacks, & vending machines & books & tv while you wait.
