To say we are pleased with Design Air is an understatement! I had called for a routine service appt for our furnace and AC. Nathan came over and spent hours really going over both units and making sure they were working properly. In the past I had routine services done by another company and it was NOTHING like this. Nathan genuinely cared and it showed. He was also so great about communicating exactly how our furnace was functioning, how it could function better, gave me multiple options and was very upfront about costs. We went for the most efficient option and when finished it was like we had a new furnace! It is functioning even better than we could have hoped. It is MUCH quieter and I cannot wait for my home to be less dusty. What a wonderful feeling it is knowing the money spent maintaining our home was treated with such care. Nathan deserves 10 stars!
