Love this program! I am finishing up my first six months in Daniel’s training program and I could not be happier with the progress I have made. The facility is always clean, Daniel is super knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help meet the needs of his clients. The people that go to the gym and train with him are very encouraging and supportive to one another. If you are looking to get in shape and live a better you, I highly recommend contacting Daniel and having him help you set up a great program that will work for you!Can’t wait to see what the next six months brings!!!

I went in for body work/massage, and I had a wonderful experience. Daniel is very experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and the atmosphere during the massage was great! I learned new positions and techniques to help deal with my chronic back pain, and I left with my back feeling very relaxed. He charges $65 an hour, however, which is pretty steep, and doesn't accept insurance. But I whole heartedly highly recommend if you're looking for body work or muscle tension release. I had an excellent experience and would go back if it weren't so expensive.
