I have done business with Creative Finance & Investments for years now, both on the lending side and borrower side. I cannot think of any company that I have done business with that I trust MORE than CFI - they are outstanding in every way and conduct themselves with the highest integrity. We are thankful for the positive impact they have had on our ability to pursue investment properties, and also make good money on our funds instead of having that money sit in a bank account. Highly Recommend them in every way!
The team at Creative Finance are all about solving problems. They put in a ton of effort to fund our loan and turned a complicated process into something smooth. I will absolutely go back to Creative Finance & Investments LLC in the future.
I needed some operational capital for my development projects. The folks at CFI were super professional and helped me out at every stage. I got my funding without any issues. I recommend Creative Finance & Investments LLC for a hassle-free experience.
